beautiful garden, historic charm, local attractions
Parking could be better arranged!!! The confusing layout made navigating the hotel a hassle, and maintenance seems sorely lacking in areas like room upkeep and cleanliness.

Had a lovely stay at this charming place where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a relaxing soak in the beautiful bathtub. The garden area and cozy TV room were perfect for winding down after a long day. While the shower could have used a bit more pressure, it didn’t take away from my overall experience, so definitely check it out! 👍

The location was a highlight, conveniently close to a festival, and the massive beer garden offered a nice space to relax. the dining experience was disappointing, marred by a noisy family atmosphere and slow service. The food, including grilled sandwiches, was lukewarm at best, and the service lack was apparent when incorrect orders were delivered. Even with friendly staff, the lack of attention to detail left a sour note during our stay.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored the beautiful gardens and enjoyed time at the nearby pub. Parking was easy and the outdoor seating was perfect for relaxing. Just be ready for a slightly slow breakfast service, but totally worth it for a great group getaway!
One downside was the room's temperature. it was really too hot, lacking proper ventilation. We had to manage with a small fan which didn’t help much. Would've appreciated better air circulation to make our stay more comfortable.

The food was really good, especially breakfast, and I enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden seating area. The BBQ facilities made for great outdoor fun with friends after a long day. The only little hiccup was that our room was a bit small for three, but overall, it was a lovely getaway! 😊

The building has a lot of character and the location is peaceful. I enjoyed the bathroom, and the food was well presented. The breakfast was decent overall.
The corridor had an unpleasant smell and the carpet needed attention. The room temperature was uncomfortably cold at night. The cleanliness of the glasses left something to be desired.
